Winnemucca, Nevada, an independent miner made two smelter ovens for smelting platinum (some say gold). This is a '66 2wd Ford F100 with 352 V8, 2 barrel carb, 3 on the column, with exhaust leak in the pipe right after the two pipes join under the cab. Gets 16 mpg on the freeway. Drives sweet. Fords are the longest lasting trucks on the road; Chevy, quit your lying. I drove a Chevy truck for this farm near here, and its suspension broke, and the tail gate rattled off. What a piece of crap that Chevy was. I drove this truck as is from Canadian border into Mexico, loaded it with gravel so that the front tires were in the air. What a truck.
